we provide all the services and management tools required to develop and maintain a successful property. Our goal as your management team is to handle the day-to-day tasks required to manage and operate your property, freeing the Board to focus on high-level decision making.
To facilitate efficiency, our property supervisor and administrative team work together to develop a comprehensive monthly meeting package—delivered into the hands of the Board a week before each scheduled meeting of the Board. Property inspection reports, minutes, agenda, detailed financial report, service contract and maintenance reports, violation letters, up-to-date delinquency report, correspondence and all other required documents are included in each package.
