Our management services include:
- Oversee the management of the property, including hiring, supervising and terminating on-site management, vendors and service contractors.
- Collect monthly rent and deposit rent in the account of your choosing.
- Review invoices and make payments to contractors, vendors and other trades.
- Send past due accounts to collection.
- Begin and follow through on the eviction process using a qualified Attorney.
- Produce monthly or quarterly financial statements.
